Bresaola Carpaccio

Spread the Bresaola Bernina over tray-style dishes.
Season with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and some drops of sauce. Sprinkle abundantly with the cheese strands and place the rucola as garnish. Serve fresh.
